One of the most common roll labels that we produce are Semigloss Self adhesive labels. When printing labels we find the semigloss roll label material is a good substrate to print onto as it absorbs ink well so you get good speed through the press and it has a nice shine to it.
On some of the other higher glossed materials the ink doesn’t absorb as fast which will in turn slow down the production process & increase the price of the labels, So its always worth talking to us about your options because a slight change in label materials could save you money!
